Do you shop at Tesco?

Please VOTE for Banbury Academy in The Tesco Bags of Help Grant Scheme: “Musical Instruments For All”.  Voting is now open.  The school won last year and got £5,000 to help repair the astro turf – so let’s do it again.

The Academy has been successful for the Tesco Bags of Help Grant Scheme and our project will be put forward to a customer vote in Tesco stores during January to the end of February 2018 (11 local Tesco’s in Banbury, Bicester & Brackley). The project along with two other projects in our region will go forward to a vote in Tesco stores where their customers will decide the outcome by voting for their favourite project each time they shop.

Voting will take place from 8th January to end of February, and we find out by the end of March 2018, confirming the amount of funding we will receive, the Project name is: “Musical Instruments for All”. Bags of Help offers community groups and projects across the UK a share of revenue generated from the 5p charge levied on single-use carrier bags.

Let’s hope we come the 1st winner as we will get £4,000, but the 2nd winner £2,000 and even getting the 3rd position is good as we will have £1,000 to buy new instruments, BUT we want to be 1st so please vote for us. Tell everyone you know to do the same.

Tesco stores in Banbury stores taking part are:
