Mental Health Awareness Week
This week has been Mental Health Awareness Week and we have been discussing the importance of nature to support our wellbeing.
Nature can really help put things in perspective, take the pressure off and bring calm, wonder and joy to our daily lives.
Children throughout the school have been engaging in activities, indoor and outdoor, to show how being close to nature can soothe anxiety and worry and make a positive difference to their lives.
